The hoover in my set doesnt work how can i get a replacement?

Amazon customer services or message the seller. But the actual pink Getty hoover isn't supposed to do anything. The small hand held one needs batteries and to simulate suction but it won't actually hoover anything up. Hope that helped you :) happy new year
