Do the can have the black ops 3 on the top?

No probably not. I don't know why they do this. When I bought these cans they had Ken block on the can in the picture provided and when I received them they were just normal cans. I paid more for them because they were a gift for someone who really likes Ken block and monster but it was rubbish. I'd say check elsewhere. You can definitely find better value for money :)
