Used this headset for a number of years for daily remote meetings with no issues. Connection is stable, sound quality is excellent, and I have not experienced any random disconnections. Battery life is good, and it charges quickly from the case when needed. All in all, far better than earpods for meetings.

I bought this headset Aug 11, 2023, and left a critical review because I did not think I could ever reach the seller. I now believe I just happened to get that one unit which had a manufacturing issue that slipped by because there's no way anyone could have spotted an internal defect. Up until this purchase, I'd always bought my headset from Plantronics. It's a brand I've purchased many times for work and at home. But the Heibas headset, they say, has a battery that will operate 72 hours, (or 3 days), and that's no exaggeration! The plantronics unit has a battery that will run for maybe 8 hours unless you're making a lot of calls and then it's more like six hours. But this one, I put it on and literally forget it's on at times. It's very comfortable. I've even put on a movie or two at bedtime & the next morning it will still be at 80%... or more! The sound quality for listening is excellent as is the mic for speaking - I use it for business and have not had one complaint. I frequently had mic issues with Plantronics - "You sound like your in a tunnel" was one I got ALL-THE-TIME with the Plantronics. But not with the Heibas. Plus, it was super easy to pair as my Samsung Android picked it up immediately; all I had to do was turn on the phone. And, the best part, first time I bought the Heibas I had a very bad experience with it. I said how disappointed I was in my review, that I'd never be able to reach the seller and even if I did, it was still six months down the road from the date I bought it. Well, this seller reads these reviews. They reached out to me via email and we quickly agreed on a resolution. I have to say that I was VERY impressed by their noticeably determined eagerness to address the matter. They truly want to make certain that every single customer is happy with their purchase and even more so when there is a problem. In closing, this is one of if not the best headset's I've ever purchased, either here on Amazon or elsewhere. The quality of this unit is exceeded only by their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this headset, and at this price point you cannot go wrong.. It may not have ALL the features of a Plantronics headset, but the sound quality and battery life, (and ease of pairing), is Far Superior than a $97 dollar Plantronics.

Setup is easy. Connection is good. Sound quality is perfectly fine (and no one has complained about my voice coming through so I assume the microphone is also perfectly fine). My biggest issue is charging it. I leave it in the case when I'm not using it but it only charges randomly. Thought maybe it wouldn't charge while it was on so I tried turning it off while it was in the case, nope. Thought maybe it wouldn't charge while connected so I disconnected it but left it on while it was in the case, nope. I can't figure it out. My best guess is that the charging ports are very finicky and not staying in contact with the earpiece. This could just be an issue with my particular unit. I'll keep using it until/unless it doesn't charge at all though!

I had owned a headset that was fairly expensive and it didn't last so I was skeptical of what I might get at this price but this headset has turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It's well made, fits in my ear and comes with a case for charging with an LCD screen that shows how much battery you have left. The sound quality is excellent both on the receiving and sending end. I'm giving this 4.5 stars, taking away a half star for a minor issue. That is when the headset connects to your phone it is a full volume and you have to turn the volume down either by using your phone's keys or by pressing the volume down button on the set. If it could remember the last volume I set it would be perfect.

I’m ordering this for the second time because I love it that much — one for the office and one for home. I work in state human services and spend most of my day on the phone, so comfort and sound quality is essential. This earpiece is very comfortable, so much so that I forget I have it in. The audio is clear on both ends. No complaints from me or my clients. Highly recommend!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! nice distance too that you can move away from your phone. nice and clear no static. Very comfortable to wear, does not hurt your ear. Easy to charge and the battery lasts a long time. i have been using it for a couple days and it is still on 99% CHARGE. Small and efficient. beautiful color nice and shiny!

I wanted to leave a 5 star review because I like so many things about this headset. Pros: Connects to multiple devices, good volume and no complains of anyone not being able to hear me. It has an excellent battery life. It fits comfortably in my ear. I like that I can watch videos or listen to podcasts on my personal phone and answer incoming calls on my work phone. That’s the best thing about this headset. For the price, honestly I think this is a great deal. The only con: for some reason it keeps disconnecting from my work phone calls in the middle of the call. It connects right back on its own but i don’t care for that. It’s not a deal breaker for me and I don’t need this everyday.

リモートワーク用に購入しました。 価格がかなり安かったので正直そこまで期待していませんでしたが、実際に使ってみると想像以上に使いやすいです。 接続はスムーズで、PCとスマホの2台接続も問題なくできました。オンライン会議中も音声はクリアで、相手からも聞き取りやすいと言われました。マイク性能もこの価格帯としては十分だと思います。 本体が軽く、長時間つけていても耳が痛くなりにくいのも良い点です。バッテリーの持ちも良く、日中の作業では充電を気にせず使えています。 価格の割に機能が充実しており、コスパはかなり良いと感じました。 総合的に見て、買って良かったと思える商品です。

Después de usar Plantronics (Poly) y Motorola con función PTT, puedo decir que este manos libres es absolutamente superior. Calidad de conexión, peso, comodidad, calidad en voz tanto salida como recepción y la batería, es una batería infinita! nada que ver con las opciones oficiales o de marca reconocida, ni siquiera están en la misma liga, entiendo que este es de alguna marca china genérica, ni siquiera los dispositivos reconocen la marca, solo lo muestran como G7, pero me parece increíble que en un cuerpo tan ligero y delgado puedan tener una batería que dura más de 10 horas continuas de llamada, y en verdad que sí es así, utilizo el manos libres con un radio Motorola todo el día conectado y la conexión es constante, en ningún momento pierde señal y está enviando y recibiendo audio todo el día, la batería ni se nota. Contras? Tal vez. Que al conectar dos dispositivos al mismo tiempo (radio + celular) no es fácil cambiar de fuente y ahí sí puede perder señal con el radio, prefiero dejarlo con un solo dispositivo a la vez. No tiene botón PTT, pero es el mismo esfuerzo apretar un botón en el auricular que en el radio mismo así que no le veo ningún problema. La otra es la durabilidad, probablemente se descomponga rápido o si me agarra la lluvia sea difícil que sobreviva, pero es exactamente lo mismo con los Plantronics que a los 3 meses ya se están abriendo de los micrófonos, así que aunque se descomponga en 6 meses, por el precio vale la pena simplemente comprar uno nuevo y ya. No es posible que marcas reconocidas no cuenten con esta calidad en conexión y batería, y además de todo está bonito el diseño. Edit: 1 año me duró. ¿Qué falló? La batería. Primero la batería del estuche noté que se degradaba. De durar 4 días a solo 1 o 2. La. Batería del auricular seguía arriba de 10 horas continuas incluso hasta hace un par de semanas, pero de repente ya no dio más y murió. Estoy considerando reemplazar solo la batería pero es más tardado y complicado que simplemente comprar un auricular nuevo. Como mencioné desde un inicio. Vale la pena comprar estos en oferta en vez de algún Motorola o Poly que duran menos y no están ni cerca de la calidad de este.
