Not bad, nicely made and the gauge fits tightly onto the bar, the grub screws to hold the bar in the mitre gauge are less good and it is almost impossible to get a reliable tight fit as the screws easily work loose. I had to physically hold the bar tight in the slot to try and get accurate measurements. Better would be spring loaded ball bearings or the split washers that expand when tightened down with a bolt. The gauge itself is great and gives good sensitive readings.

Very pleased with this dial gauge. The quality of all parts was above what I expected fo the price.

Excellent product works well

Ok fist thing this tool is able to do the job of setting up your table saw blade alinement very well but your have to change one part of this tool, and thats the bar that runs in your table saw miter slot, the one supplied has too much slack and side movement and the grub screws supplied can only be adjusted when the bar is out of the track, and worthless the top thumb screws are total worthless. just replace this bar with a 300 mm Aluminium Miter bar as i show in my photos your need a 6m bolt as well, this lets you tighten up any slack between the bar and the track so no movement of bar sideways. and only cost £11.29p i did this and set my blade easy and no effort all i had to do was drill a 6m hole in the gage bar that you secure the digital Gaguge onto so i could bolt the two bars together as in my photo simple i set the gaguge to inch and got a reading of 0.0005 both edges of the blade. as my photos show is it worth you purchasing ? only you can answer that question, i say yes it is, its helped me out and i found it useful to have hope that helps you.

I've wanted one of these for ages to try and dial in my table saw but they've always seemed way too expensive to justify buying. This is awesome value for money if you consider how pricey these can get. Well made for the price. Seems accurate enough for general home workshop use, it identified some run out on my table saw blade and alignment of my fence, after adjusting I can notice the results in accuracy of cuts. Good value, would recommend.

Well made and precise

I had purchased a new table saw and needed a new dial indicator to make certain that the blade and miter slot were parallel. I ordered it and was told a delivery date and expected it on that day. Amazon sent a email advising me that the order had been delayed and that I could get a refund. Unfortunately I took that route, I say unfortunately, because I purchased another dial indicator (Not from Amazon) and received it and put it together as the directions told me to. However, it would just not stay in the miter slot and I never could get an accurate reading. Subsequently I re-ordered the Neoteck digital caliper and received in on the day that I was told. I assembled it as the directions indicated, and it worked like a charm. My brand new table saw’s top was not in alignment. W/ the help of the Neoteck caliper I was able to “dial it in” to w/in 0.001 inch. It is very well made and easy to assemble and read. You can use it in imperial measurements or metric. This came w/ two batteries and a very well made storage case. If you need a accurate and well made dial indicator, purchase the Neoteck, you won’t be sorry
