Reveals a breakthrough in documenting a new era of human knowledge. Only in the last decade has a science of Truth emerged that, for the first time in human history, enables the discernment of truth from falsehood. Presented are discoveries of an enormous amount of crucial and significant information of great importance to mankind, along with calibrations of historical events, cultures, spiritual leaders, media, and more. In this cutting-edge presentation, the author shares with the reader the simple, instantaneous technique that, like litmus paper, differentiates truth from falsehood in a matter of seconds. Truth and Reality, as the author states, have no secrets, and everything that exists now or in the pastโeven a thoughtโis identifiable and calibratable forever from the omnipresent field of Consciousness itself. Review: Awesome! - Awesome and astonishing are my reactions to this large undertaking, comprehensive and infinite in scope. Truth vs Falsehood goes even farther in describing conciousness and the illusions of appearance and perception than in the previous books. Man's history has been governed by the unconcious ego manifesting as duality and the belief in causality. The science of truth emerged with Power vs Force in 1995, the first book of the trilogy. Those books are stepping stones to the magnificent Truth vs Falsehood. Sections I & IV are an ever expanding & illuminating discourse on truth and higher conciousness which streams effortlessly from Dr. Hawkins. Sections II & III pertain to all the aspects of daily life of society and America & the condition of the World. Included are many illustrations and the guidelines to the muscle testing method and as each chapter is calibrated, the book is self audited. Also, calibrations are listed for art, music, science, over 200 movies, places, politics, philosophies, schools, industries, organizations and events from antiquity to the present. The values of the listed calibrations themselves are not the author's own opinions but are the results of the research. His concepts of truth and conciousness arise from his own inner Knowingness, and kinesiology only served to confirm his realizations. To avoid confusion, all information is presented in context. This book has been eagerly awaited but surpasses all expectations. Yet those new to this subject may be skeptical and taken aback but i am very impressed with how every consideration has been tactfully made to avoid offending the sensitivities of readers. This big research has now been accomplished which eliminates the need for others to do it, however kinesiology can be learned although not mastered in a fortnight. This book can serve as a reference to almost every facet of life except for personal matters and research projects. Truth is no longer elusive and for those open to this subject matter, Enjoy! Review: Great book to read - Wonderful read as all of his works are. The book came in a bubble mailer and was brand new. I like that the book is easy to hold and carry with you. I highly recommend!

Aaaaha, a Revelation
The following are my opinions, and thus not subject to lawsuit from Hawkins or his publisher*. My first surprise in Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior was to find L. Ron Hubbard's 1950's emotional tone scale (the main Scientology "scale" in use for judging people) slightly re-hashed as a scale of "levels of consciousness". To trust and be hugely taken in by a faulty belief system is devastatingly painful, and the recovery is slow. Now I know how all those ex-Scientologists felt, their lives ruined when their unworkable belief system finally failed them completely. Then there was the glaring error in Hawkins' explanation of his version of the scale being "logarithmic" where he shows "three-hundred to the tenth power" in figures as ten to the three hundredth power. In the spirit of seeking truth, I rationalised these and other things and forged ahead. But the fact is Applied Kinesiology is phenomenal as a diagnostic tool, but Hawkins' version is not really AK and does not work for finding universal truths. This is (in case you also wondered) why, in the sixteen years since Power vs. Force first appeared, the world has not adopted his method for use in science, law enforcement, justice, business, preventing wars, &c. His anecdotal examples of his method solving crimes, finding missing people, and ferreting out information that could prevent a war can all be better attributed to the latent psychic powers of his testing teams. Unfortunately, these are not available to everyone, although investigating muscle testing as a way to access them might be a worthwhile research project. If you find yourself thinking you're a little dense because you don't understand his science, it may be because his use of cutting-edge scientific terms is hardly more than dodgy analogy. Nevertheless, I opened myself trustingly, reasoning that my concept of truth might be entirely faulty. Just be wary that you don't open yourself to be programmed with a bogus belief system of which you will eventually have to labouriously divest yourself. If you must read a Hawkins book, go straight to Truth vs. Falsehood while you still have some discernment left. It will dissuade you on its own, and if you're already hooked on Hawkins, it will de-program you. It seems that his "trilogy" was intended to relieve you of whatever you believed in, and this book is meant to then reprogram you as a neo-con. Between its beginning and last token spiritual chapters you will find something surprisingly like the Pravda ploy, the old marketing trick of naming your product as that which it lacks the most ("Pravda" means "truth" in Russian). He pushes Yay America, the only worthwhile country the world has ever seen, all other countries are inferior and not worth mention except to denegrate and condemn. America is at its greatest only when the Conservative Republicans are in power. And G.W. Bush was one of the noblest, sanest, and most honest Presidents and world saviours the world has ever known; the [physically impossible] official story of the 9/11 attack is "integrous"; and the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq were the wisest possible courses of action, supposedly to prevent evil low-consciousness Islam from getting nuclear capabilities from Pakistan (which is itself an Islamic country, meaning the evil, sub-animal Muslims already have nuclear weapons of mass destruction). I should think if that were the real reason, it would have made more sense to infiltrate (or invade, if you must) Pakistan and take their nuclear capabilities away from them. Anyone who questions authority or thinks very far outside the conservative Republican box is very mentally ill, according to Hawkins. In fact, the whole thrust of the book is highly judgemental in the way that a psychiatrist-gone-mad would project all of the mental illnesses in the book upon anyone in the world who doesn't share his views. If you believe there was ever an object that moved through the air that was not identified (the definition of "UFO"), guess what, you're wrong. This one "calibration" is unequivocally erroneous (and was thrown into a chart of belief-system calibrations rather than being presented as a true/false, fact-or-fiction type of calibration). Beyond the supposedly delusional belief that "UFOs are real", he questions no further on the subject of intelligent life in the universe, let alone whether any of them might have visited us. There is plenty more of this sort of highly bias-producing selectivity and manipulation of his "data". Glaringly of note is the fact that he actually gives very few calibrations to support his commentary (his opinions). It even begins to appear that his commentary is the real content of the book (and there's lots and lots of it), with an occassional rating number he simply made up himself and called a "calibration". I should think he would make his database of calibrations (if there is one) available to the world in the interests of truth and let it speak for itself. And more glaringly, he completely omits even the slightest mention of the most pressing issues in life that would be truly illuminating and helpful. Probably none of the things you're really "dying to know" will be found in this book. And if you think there might be some truth to world conspiracies, you are a low-consciousness and sick person. He never calibrated whether there are any such conspiracies, but only the derogatory term "conspiracy theory" (again, calibrated as a belief system rather than fact or fiction). He never explains how a "logarithmic" scale of consciousness can be adequately used as a truth scale, nor does he add a column of levels of truth to the scale. Wouldn't a simple zero-to-100-percent scale be better, with 50% being the true/false delineation? He stresses the importance of context (though in his concept of what context is there is no context). And then he doesn't give any clues as to what different contexts his calibrations were made in. As his teachings slowly crumble away from me, leaving me feeling bereft but refreshingly released, I realise he never said anything about enlightenment that hasn't already been said by the true teachers and leading-edge researchers, some of whose works he has read and referenced. The great hope that kept me going was that someone who claims to be fully enlightened and who has had an infallible truth-detector for thirty-five years would have found the very best expression of spirituality that would shed all error and make it all enlighteningly clear in one simple and elegant statement, or book, or even three books. He didn't. Perhaps he had the enlightenment experience, but like many, it left him, or like some, it precipitated a psychotic break, or maybe he is only a fraud who was commissioned by the powers-that-be to attempt, under the banner of "infallible truth", to stem the tide of rising consciousness that can see through them. * Hawkins' publisher is reportedly very litigious and has apparently even used threats to get wikipedia's page on him removed - yet litigiousness calibrates at 140, as does narcissism (all on page 202 in this book). He diagnoses all the most evil people in the world (mostly Muslims) as having a malignant narcissistic messiah complex . . . but it seems like that's what he has. But his isn't malignant and he doesn't advocate killing Americans, only Muslims, so that must make it all right. I rated it five stars because the crisis these books precipitated provided me with a few valuable revelations.

Highly recommended
I have been to a web site on consciousness calibration and it peaked my interest, so I decided to read this book. It is an excellent book backed by research and statistics. The crux of the book is that our bodies can tell us what is true or not and that it gives us signals. My only fault with his book is that he says it takes two people to get a calibration. This is not realistic if you are seeking the truth. I feel that he should have included using pendulums, which is something that one person can use and get the same results. Another option, without having to refer you to another book, is to teach your body how to respond to the truth by using a scripted tape or self hypnosis. Everything you need is inside of yourself. I did my own calibration on the book and I got 850 overall. I thought he showed some political bias on some of his responses. As he said, the trick is to ask the right questions. It would have been interesting in seeing the answers to the questions that he chose not to put in the book, albeit on our present Administration.

GREAT BOOK, EXPECTED A LITTLE MORE.
This book is hand-in-hand must to accompany David Hawkin's "Power vs Force" book. While this book is entitled, "Truth vs Falsehood" I found it was more about the ranking of our world culture by ascribing to the "Scale of Consciousness" chart and using muscle testing to validate and substantiate the findings. Muscle testing is subjective and you can test this for yourself. If you have a preconceived opinion of something or someone, the muscle testing may also lean towards your subjectivity. If you switch your mind a bit and try to think and "believe" something from another angle or opinion and then try the muscle testing, you will find the test also swings. There are also some other things that stand out about these findings which I feel are somewhat influenced by Dr. Hawkins himself. In quantum physics, a group of scientists (along with Einstein who was also part of this test group) discovered that they were actually influencing the outcome of their experiment by the simple fact that they were observing and monitoring the expected outcome. This discovery revealed that consciousness in fact does influence the physical manifestation of the test. And muscle testing is not an exception to this phenomenon. The fact that one participates in a particular test also reveals there is an influcence upon the expected results. David Hawkins wanted to take these tests to a larger scale of people and in the first book, "Power vs Force" he speaks about at least several thousand people involved from all walks of life. Even so, the prevailing decision of whether something is "Truth" or "False" seems to be heavily influenced on the perspective, attitudes, and belief systems of the western world and western ideals and civilizations. There is one part in his book on Power vs Force that addresses the great churches and cathedrals of Europe and that these rate in the highest on the scales. Yet Church history itself is slathered in politics, war, bloodshed, torture, and the confescation of property. Every country in the world with a powerful political system is not innocent of these atrocities. So how can the image of a great structure evoke positives on the "scale" of consciousness? I would say, it would depend on the attitude, beliefs, and perspective of those being tested and not soley to the images themselves. After all, "truth" in the matters of these books - is relative to the point of view of the human experience. Everything in our culture is scaled in this book "Truth vs Falsehood". Everything is evaluated on this scale from music, politics, religion, magazines, businesses, sciences, medicine, terrorism, arts, sidewalk vendors, museums, law enforcement, etc. The book is very informative with regards to where we currently are in this particular time frame and what our opinions and belief patterns are - at least for those who participated in the tests. But whether this speaks for the "universe" as "universal truth" and the "perspective of the universe" is another thing. I was a little disappointed that this book did not cover the details, nuances, and the "how to" accurately tell HOW to perform the muscle testing, how to ask the appropriate questions in a manner that gets truthful answers, and so on. How do you determine the nuances of a strong arm, leg, or finger, for that matter in taking the tests? Muscle testing has been used in chiropracting and chinese medicine (acupuncture and herbal science) with a great deal of success to finding causes of health issues. But these answers which are supplied by the mind and subconscious, are subjective to the experience of the participant. In fact, muscle testing is so refined in some healing arts that is is just a faint matter of small varying degrees of testing that makes the difference between pinpointing the exact cause of a mental, spiritual, emotional, or energetic cause of imbalance. Yet it is all subjective to the experience of the participant. It becomes a more complex issue to try muscle testing in every country and race and all peoples to see what, at least from the human beings' point of view, is "truth" and what is "falsehood". This has yet to be done. A few thousand people in these experiments does not make up the opinions of millions from all over the world. I think the book has some excellent merits but I do not believe it is nearly as objective as it is supposed to be. Truth vs Falsehood and how to tell the difference explains what has been tested and records the results of those tests. Thus the book is filled with charts and comments about the ratings of those catagories with commentaries on every page as to why certain things rate a certain way. For instance, a randon page 95 from the last paragraph: "The privacy and anonymity of the Internet provides a means of expression for those people rejective by society as being imbalanced and having special personal problems, e.g., political extremism and socially rejected sexual proclivities, as well as irrationality and elaborate paranoid delusional systems. The Internet is the great playground for the "me" generation, as reflected by website names themselves, e.g., "Bills Turn," "My Place," etc. These often reflect the dictum that an opinion is a rountine idea inflated by the ego in order to sound profound and important..." He further states on page 96: "Sixty-seven percent of "blogger" websites calibrate below 200 and primarily represent outlets for expression of negative emotions, resentments, and frustrated personality problems...." "A rather significant finding is the calibrated difference between blessed and unblessed food. Machine-made bread from a local supermarket calibrates at 188, but when blessed, it goes up over 200..." Dr. Hawkins continues to make commentaries from a particular point of view that seems to come up in this book many times. And that is that there is a God and that positive emotions, beliefs, and activities that are based on a cooperative caring effort for each other will always rate higher than the lower selfish, self motivated activities and structures. His comments are strongly stated throughout his books regarding this cultural and social perspective as a human being. As human beings, especially a highly competative species, people will be interested in this book to see who is at the "top" of the scales and who is at the "bottom" and why. Yet it does not say much at all about the actual techniques, knacks, and nuances of muscle testing itself. And if we are to really use muscle testing for our daily lives, there should have been more included in his data on this since it is the absolutely foundation of his findings. Unfortunately, there is no such indication on performing the muscle testing itself, your mind clearance or mind set, body position, how to establish a true baseline for the test, etc. For this, I give it three stars. However, for the eye opening discussions, the interesting perspective and overview philosophy discussed on the human race itself, I gave it an extra star. It will, at least, evoke a higher level of understanding and thinking to the common mind and help lift people to perhaps a deeper awareness of consciousness than before they picked up the book and hopefully read it.

An insightful, thought-provoking book for fans of Dr. Hawkins
I have read nearly all of Dr. Hawkins' books and this is one of my absolute favorites (the other two being "I" and "Reality, Spirituality and Modern Man"). If you have read some of his other works you will know what to expect. He has consistent tones and themes which reappear throughout the various books. However each presents them with its own focus and context and each has its own distinct feel. The focus in Truth vs. Falsehood is more distinctly on the consciousness calibrations of various forms of media, belief, politics and ideology rather than some of the others (such as Power vs. Force) which are more general. His books have given me guidance and affirmation throughout my adult life which I'm truly grateful for. If you have never read any of Dr. Hawkins books this is not the one to start with, but if are familiar with his writings then this is a wonderful addition to your library.

The truth will set you free
"the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him." -John 14:17,NKJ Let us rejoice and be glad that Dr. David R. Hawkins sees and knows the Spirit of truth. This book is a tremendous gift to mankind. In fact, I reckon it is decades ahead of its time. Many people fear the truth. If you are one of these people, you should not read this book. For those not interested in the truth, the ego will assert its dominance, as it is prone to do, and reject "Truth vs Falsehood." We really shouldn't be surprised by many negative reviews of this book on Amazon.com. The world cannot receive the light contained in this book. I haven't done the calibrations, but I would suspect that many of the negative reviews on Amazon.com and elsewhere are from people who calibrate below 200 (the level of Falsehood). All the negativity aside, if you are seeking to be set free, I highly recommend "Truth vs Falsehood." But, after reading this book, don't stop there. I strongly recommend that you read all of Dr. Hawkins' books, beginning with "Power vs Force." Read them and meditate deeply. Ask God to reveal the light they contain. As Jesus Christ (calibration 1,000) told us all long ago, it is the truth that sets us free (John 8:32). May you be free.

I refer to this book quite often
In this book Dr Hawkins compiles many years of calibrations across numerous topics from movies, politics, universities, countries, crime, authors, stages of evolutionary life and much more. The depth and breadth is incredible, and Im very grateful to the diligent work of the author in providing these calibrations. I find myself referring to the book quite often - usually to look up a new movie to watch, book to read or to check the calibration of something under discussion at the dinner table (I have the Kindle version for quick reference!) If you are new to kinesiology or the Map of Conscious there is an introduction as with all Hawkins books. This certainly wasnt the first Hawkins book I read, but anyone who does read Hawkins will eventually find themselves wanting this book for a reliable set of calibrations that can very much change your opinions on the world (the dropping of the atomic bomb calibrating in the 400s made a big impact on me and how I think about things now).
