Absolutely amazing product, not very pleasant taste very bitter but mixed with a smoothie or coconut milk and hot chocolate it makes it more pleasant. To be honest I dont care how bad it tastes it works. It is supposed to take two weeks to work but from the first dose I felt benefit. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and back pain, ovarian cysts and fibroids, I have been in continuous pain for years and the pharma meds havent really touched the pain. I also have IBS all of these things started after a back injury a few years ago, I was recently diagnosed with the cysts and fibroids. Since taking this Ashwaganda my pain has gone, completely gone, I have way more energy and a new lease of life. I have tried myriads of supplements that havent really worked. This is a miracle herb for me, please dont stop manufacturing it or increase the price. I will always buy this, thank you mother earth for this wonderful plant.

I needed powder for my winter drink. This did the job, used it all up as I made a quantity of the drink.

Obviously this is organic and has lots of benefits but I just find that the powder form is too messy for me. I can't knock the actual product, but I have now switched to organic capsules. It's a shame as I would probably get more benefit from the powder but it's just down to personal preference. Delivery was on time, product is immaculate. Can't fault this.

It's pure ashwaganda, so one cannot expect it to taste wonderful. It the taste were great, it would have to contain chemicals to make it so. Anyway, I love this powder, it is very affordable, and it has a great effect on me. Am buying it regularly from this seller. It is also delivered nice and quick. All thumbs up and many thanks.

Made moon milk to help me sleep but I could only drink half a cup as it tasted so bad. I now need to think of other ways to use it.

I always buy this brand I I think it’s quite trustworthy and fairly good quality. I take ashwagandha every day for anxiety and I do think it helps. In the morning I take a teaspoon with a little water and at night a teaspoon in some milk. With the powder you can adjust the amount that work for you which can be a bonus. The taste isn’t bad and you get used to it. I have now bought the same brand capsules to take on holiday so just a bit convenient to travel with than packing powder.
