The Circuit Scribe Conductive Ink Pen is a revolutionary rollerball pen that writes with highly conductive silver ink, enabling users to draw functional electrical circuits on paper and other surfaces. It replaces traditional breadboards and wires by allowing direct circuit creation through simple doodling. With up to 200 meters of ink per pen and conductivity as low as 2 ohms/cm on photo paper, it’s ideal for rapid prototyping, repairs, and educational projects.

Amazing, better then I expected
so i had a faulty ribbon cable with a broken trace so the back light would not work, i used this pen to draw a line between the two contacts, checked it with my multimeter and it showed it connected, plugged in and the screen lit up! I was concerned the ink would not come out as it describes it as ball point but it flows easy. A few people answered my question on if it would stick on plastic, it does but its easily rubbed off so may not work well on something that has movement?

So many uses
I got this on a hunch it could help out some old low-voltage contacts on relays and switches that were no longer closing circuit. Leap frog pens, car side-mirror adjustment buttons, soft pad push controls on an old ventilation display. It worked on everything. Great buy, though definitely not what the maker intended.

Used to patch up an iPhone that wasn't charging after a screen replacement
All the comments about the pen clogging are fair, this reflects my experience, but it certainly does conduct electricity, I used it to successfully repair an iPhone SE (first generation) after i knocked off a microscopic component when replacing the screen - note be very careful if disconnecting a battery on these phones as their is a a component about the side of a pin head next to the connector that can ping off an stops your phone from charging! To fix it you simply bridge the solder points left behind (about 1 millimetre). The pen nib was about ten times too big to fit in, but i was able to apply the ink to some paper, scrape it whilst still wet on to a fine toothpick and apply it using that, to see what was going on I used another iPhone's magnifier tool. I'm not sure we will trust the repair long-term, but it was enough to allow the phone to charge to 100% and is still working. Before the repair I drew some tracks on paper and card and can confirm the clogging and you also need a fully inked line to be conductive. I may make some fun birthday cards using this and a simple circuit though :)

Rubbish. Doesn't work
Tried this pen . Rubbish. It did not work. Don't waste your cash on something that is not fit for purpose

WHAT A GREAT IDEA
Was not sure when i bought this if it would do the job, but i'm typing this with the keyboard i repaired with this great pen, does exactly what it says on the tin, a great pen, for repairing printed circuits on plastic

Works 50/50 with PCB circuits
This is good product, and i did expect good results from it but thought i would try it on PCB circuitry to fix an old keypad and was pretty hard to roll out the conductive ink on the plastic but after a few tedious tries it came out worked but not to my best advantage in drawing a line. It does works fine, dont get me wrong, its a great product though im not writing a negative review, im just stating my experience that its a bit trickey with PCD circuits.

Could I get this to write? Not a chance!
Trying to get the ink to flow out and onto a pcb track to repair it proved just about impossible. Even when I did manage to make a repair it didn't last long before failing. Use something else, anything. This doesn't do the job.

Fixed keyboard successfully
I successfully fixed a broken trace (coffee/keyboard accident) on a computer keyboard using the pen. I was expecting difficulty as it involved drawing on a plastic sheet to repair the circuit. However, after thoroughly shaking the pen it was easy to get a good line drawn. I did have to extend the line past the boundaries of my previous repair effort with conductive tape to get a good circuit. My Dell Quietkey lives again!

I use these pens frequently in the physics labs I teach and have never had any issues with the ink or its conductivity. Whether you’re experimenting with conductive ink or using it for practical projects, they’re an excellent choice—just be sure to let the ink dry completely before applying any current.

Genau, was ich gesucht habe!
