Easy to install, fixed a fan noise issue I had!
Recently built a new PC, and unfortunately the front case fans I had were making all sorts of rattling noises, but thankfully replacing the screws with these rubber fan mounts fixed the problem in no time at all. Fantastic product, super easy to install and great value.

Essential Computer Building Kit
I've had issues previously when building computers that metal cases have ended up vibrating, while this can be solved for a while with a gentle tap to the offending case side, it's not ideal. Other computer builders have recommended using rubber pins rather than metal screws or adding silicon anti-vibration stickers to the case side. With these screws not costing too much I decided to try them out as a replacement to my current metal screws.I'm very glad I ended up buying them as they're so much easier to use than metal screws. Screwing in some fans was very difficult previously as the metal screws struggled to go into the rubber of the fan mount. With these mounting pins it takes just seconds to pull them through the fan and case then (once you're sure you're not removing them!) trim the mount pin's tail with scissors. Since using these I've had no problems at all with the case humming. Even without considering the humming, I think the PC may be quieter than ever, although that might just be the placebo effect. It may seem like a silly extra expense that only the guys who spent £800 on computers would go for, but as someone who values a reliable and affordable PC over LEDs and case windows I'd say this is definitely worth it.One piece of advice I'd give is not to be afraid to give the mounting pins a good tug when affixing them! Don't be super-gentle with them when trying to get the case and fan to click into place. A good strong tug on the long end gets it through and most things clicking into place.

Excellent value and quality mounts - but would've preferred flatter heads.
Very good anti-vibration mount, _assumed you've installed it correctly_. Most people who claimed no improvement didn't correctly install - either pulling fan against case (too tight) or not properly pulling through end pieces (too loose).Long tail makes it easy to install in very tight spaces without having to disassemble the system with some help of long-handle pliers. Then the tail could be cut - or left in place if no interference with anything for later potential re-use.The heads are relatively conspicuous and look a bit like fat screw heads. Which helps with tidy-looking install. I only wish the head had less "bulge" on it - I had to cut excess material when they've interfered with some dust filters.

Good
They're tricky to fit but they really do work, isolating vibrations, and they're cheap.

Well worth it and plenty in a pack.
They're really good quality pc fan holder and they hold the fans very firmly in place and reduce vibration.

Unsuitable for small fans
This is not a bad product, I'm sure. My review is a warning to others hoping to fit these mounts to smaller fans like 40mm or 50mm diameter. These fans can often be relatively noisy because of their small size. Some cases only have room for such small fans and cannot be adapted to fit larger ones. For example my 2U server case.Larger fans have small holes in the corners, small enough for a metal screw to secure into, on both sides of the fan. Between the two holes there is an open gap. That is what these mounts are designed for and will work well, I'm sure. But with smaller fans, there is no gap and a single narrow hole from one side of the fan to the other. These mounts will simply not pass through those holes, the holes are too long.

The just work very well for what they are designed to do
Got these to stop a noisy case fan that was driving me nuts, thought they would be a gimmick but NO they actually work, and the PC is now almost silent as you still hear the fans but no more vibration.I will buy these in a heartbeat again if needed, nothing worse than vibrations noises from a PC.
