Great at helping for healing.
Great dressing for protecting and drying out a wound, but only use as advised by a trained healthcare professional. Each one is individually wrapped and fairly easy to cut. I would advise on wearing gloves so that your hands don't get stained the yellow/orange colour.

A quality item does what you need it to do Easy to apply, the lower score for adhesion is because it doesn’t stick to your skin, it’s a non stick dressing, great for putting on under plasters or bandages so they don’t stick to your skin 👍
