Good camera with practical features
The camera is really good at this price range, the image is clear and the app is good, I had some issue and the customer support resolved my issue promptly I have three of these devices and all are working fine

Good but bad too
Though of giving 4 stars but giving a 3 due to the following reasons. No user manual was in the box, nor did the qr code scan of manual worked. Default password and user missing, error 404 appears when trying to log in to the Web interface using ip address. Picture quality, connectivity to phone colour quality top notch though. Time keep resetting to 1 hr + GMT. It has become a real pain to keep changing time to + 5.30 Indian time which happens daily.

Best camera if you are looking for monitoring security of home from any place and anytime
Great product as it has live and playback option both along with audio. Easy alarm and callback option in emergency. Have purchased 5 devices so far and all work very well!

Good Camera but no recording display
I bought it is Feb 2025 and am using it for outdoor CCTV purposes. The positive is that it connects even with the weakest of wifi signal. The cons is that even after inserting a memory card, the recording cannot be seen from your phone or display device.

Trueview CCTV. Excellent buy, more than value for money, good customer service response. My second Trueview CCTV and more to come.

Good product but Replacement is next level pain
Made in Bharat, it's cheap. But when bought through local service providers. Not recommended to buy through Amazon I received two of them and one is faulty. when I tried to replace the item I was redirected to the service center which was very very busy all the time. After trying for two days I couldn't reach Caution for those who are trying to buy here. Replacement is next level pain.
