When we moved into our house, none of the cabinets had soft close hinges. I installed these in our kitchen, laundry room, and three bathrooms. We are going on two years of use and none have failed. Great product!

Easy to install and adjust.

Works perfectly well. My cabinets close very soft without any noise now. Great product.

It has a more expensive look over the part plastic one. A few of my cabinet have pull out sliding drawers and these do not fit for that set up. So I ended buying a different soft close hinge which is metal and part plastic for the one with the pull out sliding drawer, it just sits more flush when open vs these. Then, I realize these are much harder to install compared to the one I just bought. The adjustability on this is a bit difficult to adjust your doors evenly. The only thing about this hinge is they look more higher quality but they have a lot of limitations.

I searched to replace the regular hinges with the soft close and read many reviews saying they had to drill new holes for the new hinges. I kept searching and measured and compared the various hinges available. These were the answer. The Hampton Bay (Home Depot) cabinets use this short arm hinge. The replacement was perfect! It aligned and no hew holes needed to be drilled. They work perfectly, close smoothly and the cost was much less than in the store. Very pleased!
