I bought this pearl sugar to make Belgian waffles, and it’s amazing! The sugar melts just right and gives that sweet, crunchy bite you expect in proper waffles. It took my homemade waffles to the next level!The sugar itself is great quality. The pearls are the perfect size and don’t dissolve too quickly. I also tried adding some to cinnamon rolls, and it gave them a nice little crunch and extra sweetness.The only downside is the price. It’s definitely more expensive than regular sugar, and even pricier than some other pearl sugar brands I’ve seen. Still, you don’t need a lot to get that crunchy effect, so it lasts a while.If you love baking or want to make authentic waffles, this sugar is worth it. For everyday use, it might be a bit much, but for special treats, it’s perfect.
