As the book references, most people have items in their house that they don't want, that are taking up space and preventing them from using that space from other things. In some cases the value is just in getting the things out of the house but if you can make them (and yourself) some money in the process you're taking things to the next level. I have used some of the strategies in this book to add thousands of extra dollars to my existing e-commerce business.
