WayPonDEV reserves the right to return " Dead on Arrival" and charge a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product retail price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. For any returned computer that is damaged due to customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer intervention, the customer will be charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
