Does the job pretty well. I use it on and off when I'm sitting in front of the computer: easy to use, it helps with my posture, I find it quite comfortable and not intrusive. Also it was cheaper than other similar ones and it does the job just the same.

Ok so I don't review products very often but as you're about to find out I'm very candid in my review. The product itself is very sturdy and the Velcro strapping, like all product from new, is good. Only time will tell on how long the Velcro lastes since it always ends up with carpet, dog, cat, snake and child fluff all inter-twined within it! The other material is like a "breathable" wetsuit type material. Needless to say it becomes less "breathable" when your running for the 16:47 train to Gatwick from London Bridge and ends up more of a back sauna. So the instructions you get are basically a drawing of someone with swollen armpits. And if this happens i recommend seeking medical advice and possibly changing your deodorant. The picture states if this happens your shoulders aren't back enough. However I made a point of thrusting my shoulders toward the centre of my back for the first few days I wore it, needless to say people thought I was having some sort of episode. This still did not stop the inflammation of my armpits. Baffled, I tried the straps tighter for a day then looser the next but the pit burn continued. I read other reviews and found that this was a common side effect for great posture. I put it down to the rough side of the Velcro position being right on your sweat-crevice! After about a week I decided enough is enough I wanted a great posture without the pit-burn! So I looked at the product from all angles and spent many hours in a think tank room of inspiration sitting on a throne of thought. After flushing my throne, I realised that right way up or upside down the product ergonomics are the same! So I upturned the device and set the straps to a medium tight and put it on like a skinny waistcoat. Immediately i was at a comfort level of 9, previously only living at comfort basement flat no 3. The Velcro had all but disappeared, no scratchy nagging mosquito bites in my Lynx department. After a day of use the straps overall needed a touch of loosening but then I could just throw it on, no issues. I've now worn the product for a few weeks and I'm not going to say any typical cliches about how amazing it is, life changing etc....it is. Because put simply it is an alarm clock. What, has this reviewer gone posture mad? No, it is An alarm clock, keep with me here. You know u need to wake up feed the dog, walk the kids and get your money making arse to work right? So you have an alarm clock to remind you to do this, correct, all be it probably a smart phone. Your body knows you should have a better posture and how to achieve this and this device reminds you that it's you alone that can make it happen. The device reminds you that your body needs to be straight and to straighten up. It does not hold you in position as some people expect. The afor mentioned "reminder" relies on your own muscles to do said straightening, which, if like mine, due many hours hunched over an information light box of pixelated hell, haven't been used for a while and do ache like a mother. Like a lot of less-used muscles, if suddenly used they burn like a hot poker to the spine! This eases up after a while and the more u use the less they burn. I hope this has helped your decision on your posture correction choices. No fifth star simply due to the Velcro rash. To use thus product without pit pain, simply turn it upside down, set the straps and slide on. If it's too tight , loosen and repeat!

If you want to do the robot dance flawlessly, this is for you. While it held my upper back up straight, I felt and noticed that my posture shifted to my lower back. This is more so a product to keep your shoulders back rather than keep your entire posture straight, and while yes I do normally sit up straight, it’s uncomfortable as it changes what you’re used to. If you have larger breasts I felt it shifted the weight. I noticed after where it for long, I had lower back pain and stiffness Good for sitting at a desk but don’t recommend wearing while walking around normal day

I thought I would try this as in the past and wanting to get a posture support had found them not very practical fitting wise for ladies! This is very much as it says a posture corrector and works well as a reminder .....not to slouch as once fitted it would be uncomfortable (under the arms) if you did slouch but in the correct position you are ok. It is well made, easy to put on (like a back pack) and you could put it under a jumper easily if required. The sizing is good. Washes easily and well. I personally would prefer something that puts me in the right position and holds me more over the back but for price and easy wearing this is a good alternative.

Back and neck pain are very unique issues and not all should be approached the same way. In my particular case this product provided me with immediate relief and gently forces me to take a correct posture via the support it offers. I have had similar products that really bothered me (causing pain and discomfort). The only reason I only rate 3 stars on Comfort is because, while sitting (especially driving), it tends to move a bit high on the back hitting me right where the neck meets the dorsal and it causes some discomfort - I repeat - only when sitting (and I now use a standing desk so, for most of the day, it's marvellous). I have found a workaround which is to use it upside down and this helps. I wear it for most part of the day and find it very positive. I hesitated reading some previous reviews referring to lack of quality - no such thing. It gets worn and deforms a bit under the armpit but that is better than being hard and hurting. I purchased a second unit for my kid and will probably purchase a third for my wife and will, definitely, purchase as many as I may need in the future in case this one gets worn out. Definitely worth the money. Great (and I mean GREAT) support from the Modetro Sports that follow-up on the purchase not really interested in commercial aspects but focusing on how well I've adapted. Very good user-friendly documentation. Excellent example. All positive. Do not hesitate.

As a big guy with a 48inch (122cm) chest measurement I found the back brace a little painfull to wear mainly due to the narrow straps that passed under my arm pits and cut in very tight and left me felling sore, unlike some others that I also tried that were meant for large person such as myself and had wider and softer straps that passed under my arms

I have used this product for about a month now and I can feel the benefit of it. It works in a way that makes you correct your own posture. What I've noticed is that if I wear it for most of the day, I can feel the tiredness of the back muscles that hold you in a good posture, so it clearly works to address weaknesses, which is great. If you want this product to work you have to stick with it for at least a month of regular use. My friend who uses the exact same product reports the same. The one issue I have with the product is the edges rub slightly on my back, causing a bit of discomfort, but that is a small price for the benefit. There are other products on the market which do the same thing but for much higher cost, but this product works fine and is great value. Definitely worth the money if you want to work on a better, healthier posture.

This posture corrector is great! I have terrible posture when I'm working at the computer (no surprise), and this helps me to sit up straight. I've got a 52", so the large size fit me fine. PROS: Stress headaches have gotten better. Alleviated pain from a recent left shoulder injury. It's easy to put on and adjust - comfortable to wear. CONS: I don't like to be reminded how often I'm using bad posture. As with any such corrective device, tighten up over time to retrain your habits gradually, not suddenly. Surprised at how much it has helped me to improve my posture so far. Definitely recommending for those with desk jobs!

Ayant du mal à tenir droit tout le temps j'ai opté pour un essai de ce produit. Je ne suis pas deçu. mais il faut choisir la bonne taille après avoir bien mesuré son tour de poitrine(sous les seins pour les femmes) sinon il va s'averer inconfortable lorsqu'on le met. Difficle au debut car j'ai voulu trop serrer les sangles. mais actuellement je m'y fais. Plus souvent utiliser le soir car cela est pratique , un port en journée prolongé entraine la lassitude. Il est excellent pour mou et j'en ressens les effets meme sans l'avoir j'ai le reflexe de me redresser donc de me grandir. je les conseillé au collègues de boulot qui on vue que j'aivais les épaules droites. Pas plus de 2 heures d'utilisation pour moi.

Die Aufmachung und die gute Verarbeitung springen sofort ins Auge. Die Vorstellung fiel erst etwas schwer, wie solch ein Gurt effektiv zu einer geraderen Körperhaltung beitragen sollte, ohne dabei als eine "Stütze" zu funktionieren, die langfristig eine gegenteilige Wirkung erzielen würde. Aber es handelt sich bei diesem Gurt nicht um eine Schiene oder ähnliches! Das Band ist durchgängig flexiebel, es ist ebenfalls gepolstert und macht einen luftdurchlässigen Eindruck. Es kann auf, aber auch unter der Kleidung getragen, sowie gewaschen werden. Zum Ergebnis: Schon beim ersten Anprobieren, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben, wird ein Gefühl der aufrechteren Rückenhaltung spürbar. Hierbei kann durch eine individuell einstellbare Klettverschlussverbindung justiert werden, wie "stramm" der Gurt sitzt. Das positive Erlebnis dabei ist, dass der Träger selbst dazu angeregt wird, sozusagen "erinnert" wird, eine gerade Rückenhaltung einzunehmen. Also leistet man wirklich selbst die Arbeit und gibt die Aufgabe nicht einfach an das Produkt ab: Beim Tragen werden die Schultern je nach Grad der gewohnten Körperhaltung leicht nach hinten gezogen. Verfällt man in sein "altes" Haltungsmuster nimmt der Druck des Gurtes entsprechend zu. Es lohnt sich die Tragedauer, wie empfohlen, langsam zu steigern, um der Statur die nötige Zeit zu geben sich an die neue Haltung zu gewöhnen. Ideal ist der Gurt während längerem Sitzen/Stehen oder normalem Laufen. Weniger bei anderen Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. sportlichen Übungen, da es genauso wichtig sein kann, auch mal einen "runden" Rücken machen zu können. Nach einer gewissen Zeit kann die Tragedauer sogar wieder verringert werden, da sich dann der "Lerneffekt" eingestellt hat und man auch ohne Gurt an eine gerade Körperhaltung denkt. Die angegebene Größentabelle hat bei Größe S genau gestimmt. Insgesamt ist der Geradehalter ein tolles Produkt, das vermittelt, dass sich hier wirklich mit gesunder Körperhaltung auseinandergesetzt wurde!
