Why did I bother with a normal iron for years? This is fantastic, time saving, I whizz through piles of clothes in no time, sheets etc are a breeze, easy to use, quick to set up, I use it on a sturdy wooden kitchen table so didn't need the stand, very good quality. Just use normal iron if shirts have to be perfect ever.wish I'd got one years ago.highly recommend. Good and solid. Worth money.

Bought this as a gift for my wife (seriously, she did actually ask for it!) who insisted I put in a review. She had been looking at various presses on eBay but I came to Amazon because I wanted a more guaranteed supplier for a moderately expensive purchase. I settled on this particular model due to the high level of 5 star reviews, it's not the cheapest and by no means the dearest but it may possibly be the best. I wasn't convinced that spending a couple of hundred on a steam press was a great idea when you can pick up a good steam iron for thirty to forty but I'll hold my hands up and admit that I was wrong. My wife is now spending far less time ironing despite the fact that she is now ironing all of the laundry for her daughter and grandkids too, it genuinely is that good and apparently "fun" to use too (remember that this is a woman that asked for a steam press as a gift!). Very rapid delivery, very impressive product and excellent value for money.

This particular design isn't good for bigger items, sheets, duvets etc. The technique is to put the unironed material behind the pads in the gap between hinge and bottom plate. This model has a very small gap and so it is tricky to iron shirts, sheets etc. The stand is a red herring - these work better on a tabletop as you get more support for the garment or material and it stops gravity pulling things out of shape. Finally, there is very little guidance either in the handbook or online in how to use this quickly. Very happy to be shot down on this, but even Youtube is sparse on this one. Bought it as there are some rave reviews here who state how much quicker the machine is - they may have better information on how to use and I would be grateful if they would post links. I would buy one again should this break down in a couple of years, but not this make.

i love this press it is a pleasure to press my duvet covers now. It is simple to use and cuts down ironing time to a third of the time. Buy it you wont regret the purchase. everything I have ironed from tea towels to tops and shirts are easy to figure out which was one of my worries of this type of press but I would have ordered much earlier if I had known how easy it would be. very happy I bought it.

Great for ironing (pressing) clothes takes a lot less time ,so easy to use I bought it as I'm not great with the iron,but this makes light work of it ,only 2 things that I have to say bad is height of stand no where near high enough and I'm only 5'7 other is you need to have a table at hand to fold clothes but no big issues , nevertheless I will never buy another iron again,why did I not buy one of this things years ago .

Amazing and Very EASY steam press really really helps my life as I have thousands of shirts and trousers to do every other day. Highly recommend and I wish to have a bigger one. If you looking for an easy and useful press you HAVE to try this one.. needs a bit of time to learn it but on the end is worth it

Does the ironing in half the time. I love it. It is rather heavy for me to lift I get my hubby to lift it for me. What I would say to anyone getting one is don't fill it full of water unless you are doing a lot of ironing as you cannot empty it you have to steam until it has gone. I filled it and pressed 2 kingsize quilt covers 2 kingsize sheets 6 pillowcases. 6 t-shirts a pair of pants & it was still half full was the water tank. I had a fine pippet ( like a turkey baster only very very tiny) so I managed to extract the remaining water out a bit at a time. So now I only fill it half full and keep topping it up if I need to. Hope this helps.

I have ordered this press twice and every two times I received used goods. The owner is a rogue salesman, he renovates old goods and sells like new again, which is unacceptable.

Arrivato in 2 pacchi ..prima uno e dopo un giorno anche l'altro ma nei tempi stabiliti. Già conosco il prodotto perché ne ho uno uguale da tanti anni. Questa volta l'ho voluto prendere con il suo piedistallo. È molto comodo perché si stira da seduti e non pesa sulle gambe. Con un po di esperienza ci si stira anche le camice. Consuma anche meno acqua distillata che si può mettere anche senza spegnere la pressa. Meglio del ferro da stiro!

Ottimo prodotto, corrispondente a quanto descritto, facile da montare e usare. Istruzioni in italiano chiare e dettagliate, veramente poco ingombrante.

Tutto ok. Devo dire che grazie a questo prodotto stirare è diventato più comodo e veloce. Ero scettico all'inizio prima di acquistarlo ma ne è valsa la pena.
