Mothership

After a couple of years of wanting this I finally got it, original release price was just to rich for me, however it's was recently reissued and not at an eye watering asking price either, and new and sealed...not sure what version I have as you tube videos show the vinyl speperate from the covers and sitting in PVc sleeves. My box has anti static lined paper sleeves already in the covers.however the sound is awesome, did a cd to vinyl comparison and I'm very pleased so I'm assuming the reissue is from digital masters rather than analogue.bass is full and in yer face Bonham's drums are spectacular plants vocals are ethereal and of course Paige's guitar is front and center.its by no means a complete greatest hits but I have the remasters hits release from the 90's on cd so gaps are filled lol...the package itself is brilliant simple but brilliant lightly embossed cover and can finally read the booklet without a magnifying glass(I'm at that age)...if like me your a passing zep fan this is a great package and twined with celebration day cd and dvd pretty much I reckon covers everything zed I could want. Only one jump in side 2 though it sounds like c.d skip but it doesn't detracked from listening

This is a superb double CD set of Led Zeppelin's greatest hits. John Davis at Metropolis did a great job with the remastering, the sound quality is as good as any vinyl pressing I've heard! Buyers will not be disappointed as long as you have a half decent CD player and LOUD speakers to play it on :-)

La colección llegó y se encuentra en perfecto estado de conservación. El sonido de los discos es muy, pero muy bueno.

Une merveille! Le son est magnifique et le coffret de qualité. Par contre, grosse déception lors du déballage du premier disque! Une énorme rayure (voir photo)! J'ai fait jouer le SAV Amazon et tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Great album. Has my all time favorite songs collection in this album from Led Zepp. Good quality sound.

Die neue Auflage ist perfekt. Die Platten sind hochwertig hergestellt. Schön verpackt. Der Klang ist halt digital. Die alten Bänder wurden neu in 24bit/96khz überarbeitet. Jetzt zu sagen, das Vinyl klingt besser, wäre bescheuert. Jedoch gut spielbar. Als Led Zeppelin Fan ein Muß. Ob über 100€ noch angebracht sind, muss jeder selbst entscheiden.
