The unit I received was DOA, nothing. The box had been opened and even the included wire was undone from the twist tie. I had people out of town to help in install my solar system and naturally this was the last piece to install. I called desertcart and explained the situation. They put me on hold and called the supplier, Trade Evolution. When desertcart came back on the phone they said a new replacement would be sent out to me. No need to wait for the return to be received. With in minutes a received a notification that the item had been sent. In less then 2 days I revived it, and this was over the Veterans Day long weekend! I immediately went to my system to plug in the new unit. Strangely the plug would not go in all the way so I had to rewire with the new one. Once I did that it came to life! It has been working flawlessly! Very easy to set it up. I found setting it up with Bluetooth was the best way to go. Once that is done you can connect to your WiFi very easily. Being able to view your system online is amazing.
