Brilliant
I use this in a Korean dish and it’s something I can’t find in a regular supermarket, hence buying on Amazon. This is nice and light, coats my tofu well and fries up to a lovely golden colour.

Good value and quality, been made into delicious gnocchi in place of regular flour and as a super crispy coating for fried chicken.

Very useful thickener
I only recently discovered potato starch to use as a thickening agent. It works on contact and has produced very satisfactory results in a variety of dishes.
