Good product
I find it really helpful. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes find it difficult to go to sleep. This really helps, it doesn't make everything better but its helpful to get to sleep

Really helped my sleep
This has really helped me switch off at night and I am sleeping much better. On the odd occasion I wake up in the early hours, I have another 2 sprays and have gone back to sleep too!

Really happy with this product. It helped me to relax and have a good nights sleep. Nice little travel size bottle which i could carry with me and not worry. Its effective and comes in a durable bottle.
