Please be mindful that if your toddler is suffering constipation, they need 15g of fibre per day and they should be having 1 dirty nappy a day too If they are fussy and refuse to eat broccoli by the plateful - don't despair you can get fibre into their diet via high fibre snacks like breakfast bars, wholegrain crisps, Nutella, sweet potato fries - there are lots of foods out there that appeals to fussy toddlers - even chocolate hobnobs have a massive 1g of fibre in them - these might become your go to biscuit for toddler snacks - and the aldi ones are just the same!
