I'm 23 years old, man, my growth spurt stopped a few years back. I didn't grow at all for 6 years so. I purchased this height pill, started stretching. I take 2 of each a day and has grown 1.5 inches in 6 months, now 5' 6.5". Not sure if it's the pills or another growth spurt but we'll keep taking them. The tabletss have great ingredients. Support height increase in natural way. it’s really just a few pure vitamins/supplements that encourage bone health (therefore growth)! Very cool product.

It's complete waste of money no increase in height. Completely hopeless product
