Having bought this for Christmas it is faulty and broken by July. No option to return it leaves me with useless junk and a disappointed child. To make it worse this is the second Sisigad hoverboard that has died rather too soon.

Ordered for my son in September for Christmas plugged it in to charge it Christmas morning to find it didn't work so ended up with a really upset little boy

For the cost of this I am surprised we are having so many issues and the cheap materials.The handle grips are just cheap foam, which was split in the boxThe paintwork is already starting to come off in places and it scratches so easily!My son has only managed to be out on it for 15 mins after a full 4 hour charge and it diedPut back on charge again after it cooled down, it's still on red and not charged after 2 hours.I can see this being the worst thing I've ever bought for my son. Hes so keen to play on it but can't.After completing it's charge it now has a flashing red light (not the battery) and won't work, reset doesn't clear the error. Lights in 1 wheel are on all the time. Need to return or claim on warranty but no option available in my order screen.

The hoverboard is great good chargeeasy to use. However seat supplied very flimsyandaccording to my grandson uncomfortable. I have since purchased a different seat.

Brought this for my little lad. He is 4 and mastered the controlls verry well . Had a go myself and the kart is complatable with my height 5'8.Very fast but stable lots of fun worth the money.Assmebley of the kart is pretty straigh foward took me half hour.
