I used to only do squats and lunges and wanted to try something different. I tried the bands for a couple of weeks before leaving a review. This really helps my form and I feel the burn quicker. The band is very comfortable. The print booklet offered new exercises that I wasn't already doing and the training bands are a good quality. There is also a nutrition guide included. I am very happy with my purchase. I stand by my review but seller did not follow through on sending the extra belt after leaving an honest review.

To be honest I didn't know what to expect from this but I got it because I wanted to try something new. When it came in the mail I looked at it, and thought to myself "Ew., the texture is weird!" So, I tried it anyways and followed a couple of the routines given in the ebook, and to my surprise, it was harder than I thought. I had done 4 sets of 10 using a combination of 4 routines and the next day felt my ass was sore in places I never felt before. In that moment I knew I had to write my review. I'm definitely going to continue using it and I took pictures (day 1) and look forward to seeing my results when I check back in at 4 weeks.

Before I thought about just getting regular resistance bands, but I decided to try something new. Within a few times of using this, I can already tell how versatile the belt it. It provides an excellent glute workout and the ebook + nutrition guide has been such a great bonus!

Really like the included workout manual, it helps give you a good idea on how to use the Booty Kit! The material is very comfortable and combined with a yoga mat, you can easily use this to have a great home workout.

It works! A little uncomfortable when using on knee. Changing my review to two stars instead of three because I did not receive the extra belt resistance belt since giving the review as promised.

Did not receive the exercise guide, or any information where to download it. Feel like I’m not using it to it’s full potential. So very unsatisfied.

I looked around when I was looking for something to help me with the glute workouts and so happy I bought this when I started using for a few days and I was told it looked firmer so that tells me it really is helping me out

Besides Booty Duty the band is excellent for shoulder problems. Both of mine have been operated on and daily stretches with the Band keep them loose and toned. For an aging chap it is the Geezer Pleaser.
