I have been having a lot of brain fog recently and after reading up on supplements, and I came across these. I thought 'what could be easier than having a tablet a day' and the cost wasn't too bad so I bought them. They turned up quickly. The packaging is really nice, I think the branding on them is quite attractive and the information on the bottle is reassuringly detailed and informative. I've been taking them for a while now and I didn't think they'd do much, but I have honestly felt happier in myself, less anxiety for definite and I feel like I can think clearer than I had been. It hasn't been like a 'wonder drug' or a miracle or anything, but I really do feel like they've made a positive difference to how I've been feeling, and they're the only real thing I've changed with my lifestyle recently. Also worth mentioning, I suffer with migraines from time to time, but they haven't been anywhere near as frequent since I started taking these. Maybe it's just coincidence but it is the Ginko Biloba that's doing it, it's worth taking them in my opinion.

Who knows whether supplements work or are maybe a bit of a placebo. Now in my late sixties and have taken these and other supplements on a regular basis and touch wood no major known health issues to date and still almost as fit as I was in my fifties

These pills gave me severe headaches, stomachache and dizziness. I actually went to the GP because I thought I had a brain tumour. After 2 weeks of having these severe side effects, I realised that they started exactly when I started taking these pills, so I stopped taking them and all the side effects went away. After a few days I started taking the pills again and all the problems came back, so it is now clear to me that I can't take these pills.
