I ordered three and two were smashed on arrival. Very hard to open and product not as it used to be ingredients feel scratchy i will not buy again

Ordered item again. Came in one piece was not cracked and packed in a small bubble wrap jiffy post bag which was perfect. Thank you will order again when needed
