Great Hobby Table
I purchased this table because I use a guest bedroom as my sewing room so I needed a nice cutting table that could be put away whenever not in use. This is a great table . I read other reviews stating that the table wobbles. So I was a little skeptical when I ordered it but was pleasantly surprised with the product. Yes if you push or lean on it, it does wobble, but think about it, you are purchasing a talbe that the leafs fold and has wheels (that lock)common sense will tell you it has to wobble a little if you push it. If you use it for cutting fabrics there is absolutely no problem with this table. If you need a table that can be stored in a closet this is the perfect table for you. It was easy to assemble and ready to use in about 30 minutes. Great product. I looked at other tables and the price was astronomical. It's perfect for cutting large peices of fabric. Since I was looking for a roll away table and not a large stationary table this table did the trick for me. I highly recommend it.

Perfect table for sewing
Perfect table for sewing. I'm making a quilt top with lots of cloth pieces to cut. The extra height really saves my back. It has rollers and the side flaps fold down to store easier. The side flaps are not as sturdy as I would like. You just have to be careful about leaning on them. Some assembly required, not hard just bulky. Very pleased with product.Unfortunately, my previous review is in error. I love the concept of large working area, fold down side flaps for saving space, and rollers. But due to poor construction, the more I use this table the less I like it. The frame is so flimsy I have to place it against a wall to keep it steady. I want to be able to use all four sides so I do not have to move my material. The side panels are not very strong so I have to place my cutting board on the center piece only. The rollers do not roll well on my carpet. NOT PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT. I feel I paid for features with limited use. Unless the manufacturer addresses these issues I would not recommend a purchase.

Home Hobby Table
Since I started sewing I have always wanted one of these tables. It was very easy for my husband to put it together. And now I use it all the time. it is so big I can have 2 projects on it at the same time. It is great to layout fabric and audition it for a small quilt and then take a picture so I can remember my layout later if it should have to be removed from the table. I have a cat who loves to lay on anything I use. I think she is trying to claim it as her's. So to prevent my fabric getting her fur on it I always have to put it away. That will change when I get my craft room. I would recommend this hobby table to all my friends.

I like it
I purchased this to layout and cut patterns. The table is easy to assemble, and the directions are clear and easy to follow. The table legs sway some when working on the table but it's not so wobbly that it will topple over when I'm laying out and cutting patterns. The sway has to do with the design of the legs, so my husband put a set of plastic C clamps at the top to clamp the bars that swing out (ones with one wheel) to the H shaped bars (ones with two wheels), this provided maximum stability, but they have to be removed to fold the sides down. The table opens out nicely and the height is perfect for me, I'm 5'5". When the sides are folded, the table is small enough to tuck away neatly in the closet. If I had to leave it out, I would make a nice table cloth to drape over it when it's folded and tuck it in a corner. The hobby table is a huge step up for me because I've used the floor as my cutting table for years. I normally cut out a pattern and finish the project before moving on to the next one because crawling on the floor pinning and cutting makes this part of sewing a knee and back breaking task that provides little incentive for me to cut out multiple projects. I also tend to put off starting a new one because I don't want to go through the ordeal of laying it out. With my new hobby table, I laid out and cut three patterns, one right after the other! No stress and no strain. I will get plenty of use out of this table, and I am happy to have found an affordable one to cut out my patterns. There's not a whole lot to choose from for a large portable cutting table within this price range. I only saw one that was similar to this one, but the legs were different. I saw a wooden one that folds down at the sides, but it's not portable like this one, and it's well over $300 and out of my price range. Just about right
My husband chose this for me for Christmas. I love it, but. . . we have carpeted floors and the whole things 'wobbles' and squeaks while I'm using it. So far I have used it to prepare cross stitch fabric, use my knitting machine, some various craft things and cutting out patterns and fabric. The height is much easier on my back than a kitchen table. Amazing what a few inches in height can do. Hopefully, we'll soon be moving to a place of our own, and I can set this up in a room with no carpeting. I have a feeling the wobbliness and squeaking will disappear then. Well made, reasonably sturdy and perfect height. Wish I had gotten one years ago! I'd probably have done more sewing! LOL

SO HAPPY
I'd almost given up on sewing because my back was aching from sitting on the floor cutting out patterns. I tried using the island in my kitchen but course fabric and food never mix well. then I found this, I almost didn't buy it based on the reviews....WELL, I am so happy I tried it. I can see how it would be wobbly based on the allen wrench...I used my cordless drill with the allen wrench like bit and the table is rock solid. Now I can do so many things in such a short time. It would normally take me several hours/sessions to get one shirt completed. I competed and entire tunic and all the alterations in just under 4 hours... I freaking love this table.....
