What are the dimentions of this track?

The rail is 5" wide. The slots are 1" apart. They are 1" wide, but curve inward, giving a clearance of 1/2". The slots are 2.5" long. The holes on the sides are about 1 3/4" apart - 2" from middle to middle.

Does the bag of tie downs in the photos come with the track. ?

No it does not include the bag. It can be purchased separately.

What is the safe Working Load Limit at each fitting attach point for these?

This E Track is exactly what I needed. I used it on the bulkhead of my F550 flatbed for securing items. The black finish is smooth without any visual runs or imperfections. Steel is sufficiency thick, and not flimsy one bit. My e track straps click in secure without to much slop. I bolted it down every forth hole with 1/4-20 ss bolts, and it isn't going anywhere. Overall great item, gets the job done
