I openned all the packets at once placed them on the news paper to continue self drying and drain some oil if any. Nature did its course. No odour, meat was nice. This was definitely not bad at all. Anything not jerky is perfect for me. I ordered original and I have added my own chillie 🌢️ 🌢️ 🌢️ . I am buying again. Sometimes the Mzanzi store close to me is closed when I need biltong n now this is my next best friend.
