I ordered the Mueller Home 12-Cup Coffee Maker in pink and was impressed right away. The color is a soft baby pink—exactly what I wanted. The machine is lightweight, easy to use, and brews smoothly with no dripping. I switched from K-Cups to save money and go back to traditional coffee, and I’m glad I did. The aroma while brewing is much richer. The keep-warm function holds the coffee hot for around two hours and it automatically shuts off, which is great if you’re in a rush. I can pour a cup, come back later, and it’s still warm. Overall: pretty, practical, brews well, and I’m very happy with it !

Excellent coffee maker ! We didn't need all the bells and whistles that typically come with every brand of coffee makers, we had that. Simply, a 12 cup, drip coffee maker that works to keep it hot after it brews. Another feature was the pour spout, the coffee flows into the cup, unlike our Mr. Coffee pot which always resulted in coffee down the outside of the glass coffee pot when pouring. It brews rather quickly, the inner basket is reusable and easy to clean after use, the hot plate, too, is easy to wipe clean. The unit itself isn't big and bulky and holds a lot of water for 12 cups. I purchased this unit for 2 reasons, 1. The reviews of others 2. The brand, Mueller. I have 2 other products which are amazing and had no idea they made coffee pots, too. The auto shut off is also a great feature. Excellent coffee maker without a ridiculous price.

Fine little coffee maker but the carafe does dribble. We just pour over the sink, but that might not work for you. Doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but we didn't need or expect it at this price. All we needed was a basic coffee maker with reusable filter, and this does the trick. Recommend for the price, but pour over the sink!

We bought this brewer to replace a 40-year-old relic that the carafe had finally cracked and broken for. This brewer was easy to unpack, set up, and start using. It makes great coffee and has a no-filter-needed micro-screen drip cup thats handy and easy to clean. We use a 8-12 paper basket filter anyway (fits great but not necessary). The carafe burner has a 2hr time-out/turn-off feature that is safe, and easily turned back on with the single power/brew rocker-switch, that's on the base. True 12-cup carafe. We love it and are extremely happy with the value and quality of our purchase.

Blows my mind when you read 1 star reviews on a product that was flawless for me. This machine for the price is excellent. Nothing fancy, gets the job done and the coffee came out perfect. You DO NOT need or should not attempt to use filters in this basket. Grinds go straight in, you close the top lid tightly and when it's done just simply run the filter under water. I love it and would 100% buy it again if needed.

My MR COFFEE died within a 6 month span. I wanted a good looking quality made and simple coffeemaker, and I think I found exactly what I wanted. I really like the gray, since I've had black, green, white and RED over the years. Has a removable brewing basket if you forget to buy filters, along with an automatic shutoff feature if you forget to turn it off before heading out the door to work. WORTHWHILE PURCHASE!!!

I like it with one drawback. First time I've used the permanent filter and when I first used it, I found it hard to dump the used coffee grounds out of the filter. Since then, I have used a paper filter inside of the permanent one, so I can just lift out the paper filter and toss it in the trash. Easy to use and easy to clean.

This is a great coffee maker. I didn't want high-tech, digital extra additions and see zero need to connect a coffee maker to my phone, lol! It's well made and makes good coffee. Got a sweet hand written note from them thanking me for my purchase.

We loved the coffee maker for the first few weeks, but now it takes forever to brew coffee. It just drops and takes forever. It’s so frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend this product as it will just break within a few weeks.
