Fake company no support or customer service
Printer don't work after and there is no support to help with printing, no number to call and speak with someone. Website no longer available
A**!
I would never order anything made by this company at this point.. 😒
Purchased as a gift for my adult daughter as starter shipping label printer for her small business. Not compatible windows 11. Not Bluetooth compatible. It's a dinosaur printer. We absolutely can't use even the instruction manual is no good. The cord isn't even compatible with my new age computer.. 😒 🙄 Looks descent just doesn't work.

Printer works well after finding a driver that actually works with it
This printer came with a driver on a USB flash drive that fails to install on every OS I tested it with. I tried to install this printer on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11 with the included driver and the driver downloaded from the manufacturer's website and it never worked. The driver would detect the printer and say it's not installed then proceed to fail the installation. I ended up having to look for a different driver and after some searching around and testing I was able to find a working driver that had Chinese in the file name, but was from an English website of a manufacturer or the same printer, just different brand name. That file had to be renamed to remove the Chinese characters or the installation would also fail. After renaming the file to remove the Chinese characters, the installation succeeded and I was able to finally printer something on the printer under Windows 10. It still does not work on Windows 11, but I did test it with Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 and it worked fine there, too. The driver will successfully install and communicate with the printer under Windows 11, but I haven't been able to actually print anything. It just makes the printer put out about three blank labels and stops without actually printing anything. Under Win7-10 it will actually print correctly. I still have some testing to do, but this took a while so far just to be able to printer and find a driver that actually installed. After getting this to finally work, it has worked well and printed labels fine and fast and I've been happy with it. I hope I can use it with Windows 11 at some point since most of my systems are Windows 11 now and I had to downgrade a system to Windows 10 just to be able to use this printer.

Technology from 1980 repurposed
This is a lesson in reading the fine print when ordering something not just looking at the pictures and the videos. In anticipation of it arriving I waited a few days to ship some packages out to test this printer thoroughly. It did print the labels I needed.Likes:-it printed the labels I neededDislikes:-Its big-The printed labels looked like a printer running out of ink. Yes it is thermal but it didn't look very robust-The included labels were few and far between-The power supply uses a DIN plug from 1980 and the USB is also from 1980. Who even uses these type of old connectors.-It claims for the phone it can connect via bluetooth. There were no instructions on this and I couldn't pick up a bluetooth signal on my Mac or iPhone.-You have to download drivers for it or use the included usb stick. It is almost 2023. When is the last time you had to download drivers for anything.-Cabled printing is the only way it works. The world is wireless.Gave it a second star because it did print labels for me. Save your money and skip this one. It really feels like someone found a box of old thermal printers and cleaned them up for sale.

nice for labels if you ship a lot
I like this thermal printer because you can use different size labels in it if you want. it connected easily to my MacBook Air for printing shipping labels. I haven't experimented much with other software to print off of, but since it is recognized on my MacBook as a printer, when its plugged in and on it comes up as an option using various software when I go to print on my Brother laser full size printer. Its fast and not too loud and takes up minimal space. Even comes with a few labels to start.

Absolutely awful
This thermal printer gave me so much frustration. I could not get the driver to work with any of the three computers in my house. I tried from the website I tried with a USB stick drive that came and it just would not work.

Setup wasn't as quick as I want but after that it's great
Setup took me probably around 30 minutes, and it was at the end of the day so my patience was already wearing thin. Now that it's setup it's very quick to print my shipping labels. I also like that it's a thermal printer so I don't have to worry about running out of ink or the ink drying up.
