I tried TWO different brands of Extension Battery Cases to try with my Samsung Galaxy S8Plus, this one is a complete flop. Yes, I charged the battery first, installed according to directions, BUT 1) with the extended battery installed my phone drained QUICKER that if I did not have the extended battery attached, 2) the Extended Battery would not charge properly when attached to my phone 3) when installed that extended battery messed up my phone smart charging. Overall, this extended battery was a waste. It absolutely does NOT incorporate with my Samsung S8Plus and did NOT Fast charge when attached. I tried uninstalling and reattaching several times. I will end up having to throw this out.

 After using this case for only 2 months, the USB-C port made into the case has broken. I have only removed the phone from the case approximately 6 times. This is the main reason for my low star rating. I did give it 2 stars though because if you get this case and plan to NEVER remove the case, then it would be an OK case. It does have some drawbacks as far as the design of the case itself is concerned other than the horrible design of the connector which will break.1. While in my pocket6the switch to "start charging" would accidentally get switched on quite often. I actually thought the case had a defect at first because I knew I had charged it the night before and it should have been full power, yet when I went to use it there was no charge.2. I knew the charger did not fast charge your phone which I was totally fine with, the case was going to be on it so what was the use in getting to 100% faster? BUT It takes several hours to fully charge your phone and this case overnight. I didn't time it but estimating about 6 hours. The charging priority seems to be that it charges your phone first and then it starts charging the case. I do not think that it does them both simultaneously.

This product DOES NOT WORK. It lights up, can be fully charged, but does not charge either of my S8 plus phones. Don't buy!

I like how in the beginning the product worked as a backup charger for my cellphone but after a while it stopped charging and thus failed to charge my phone. In fact, i couldn't keep my phone in it and charge it at the same time because it completely stopped working.

I am extremely disappointed in this item. Although it does great protecting the phone, charging is horrendous. 1st month and a half it worked great, after that, I charge up the charger case by itself when I get 4 full lit up bars, when my phone gets below 10% I hit the button for the case to charge and now it gives me only 3 to 4% more charging and that's it. I want a full refund

This was not a slim fit case and it was a very inexpensive hard plastic case

The case is a nice color for my wife's S8 plus and she is really enjoying the longer battery life.
