As advertised.
Delivery on time, instructions included, backup offered by seller. Easy to use once prep is done. Can see it starting to work in the walls. Need to wait to see full effect.

it seems to work!
very sceptical about damp proof creams and as a Chartered Surveyor doing work on my own property it was important to get it right! drill holes at the specified distance, insert cream to the face and plug with their plugs! easy. I had a damp wall (old property) now its dry ready to plaster. I also used a SBR/cement only slurry mix which was brush applied also.Hope this helps.

Works for falling damp as well
I used this stuff to cure water coming in from the water table (despite me and a builder failing to find how it was getting in to the table even though the chimney stack is less than 12 years old and both roofs in good repair ) I treated the table as rising damp instead of " falling " damp and it stopped leaking almost immediately.

So far so good
For a cheaper product it seems to be doing the trick. I have injected several walls and it’s preventing the damp coming through so far a month in

Easy diy
Bought this as currently renovating an old terraced house with damp - I suspect the damp is penetrative from bad brickwork rather than rising damp as there are signs of a previous DPC however thought it best to cover all bases. This was really easy to use - as you drill into the mortar it was a really quick job - can already see the cream penetrating the mortar around it. Only time will tell if this has resolved part of the problem. I bought 10 tubes initially but have ordered another 10 to finish the rest of the house. Much cheaper than hiring a professional and easy for a diy'er to do.

And another POSITIVE UPDATE to “The Company doesn't reply to queries & there's no phone No”.
I bought a lot of this Rempro DPC cream. It should be fine for most situations, but I have a specific question & have tried to contact the Company but I'm getting nowhere with that, so I'm reluctant to use it.It's a shame. There is no working phone No.on the Rempro web site to contact the Company. Also the numbers on the Rempro paperwork are unobtainable. There are no phone numbers listed that I can find anywhere. They don't respond to my emails.Summary: don't run into problems once you've bought the product because no one will help you.Positive Update:I was emailed back 2 weeks ago saying the technical team will contact me. However, I’ve still heard nothing. But I do live in hope.Another Positive update:Don't bother with the Rempro Website or emails - I found "FORT Products Ltd" with a phone No. (through a 3rd party webpage "zaubee") So I called.. no answer.. left a message.. got a call back.. but they couldn't answer my query as the technical guy was off. They said they'd call back.. Waiting...And another:I left daily messages on the voicemail and emailed again... & finally got a call offering to investigate my technical query, then a second call quite soon to confirm how I hoped the product would perform. Thanks, after extremely hard work and much patience on my part.Top (obvious) Tip: Get the product info you need, before buying.
