This is a great safety switch for your router table or other power tool equipment. The only downfall is that it is not a magnetically held start meaning that if the power goes out, the unit will restart when power is restored. They have a magnetically held switch, but it did not have the paddle stop button. This one work very well for my application. The construction is very good and the size is just right.

I recently purchased a second hand router table that although was very good in design and function, didn't come with a switch of any kind. For safe operation, you definitely need a start/stop switch on the front side of the table, ideally with a paddle stop function. I ordered this one and was very pleased with its appearance, function and build quality. It does the job for a very reasonable price!

The switch works great. Love the large paddle style stop bar. I use this on a table saw and have ordered another one for my router table. Four Stars reflects one concern that I have with the switch; if you press the start button when the switch is unplugged and do not subsequently hit the stop button before plugging in into a power source, the plug will energize and, in my case, it started the saw. Now that I know this is how it works, I hit the stop button before plugging it in.

Llegó antes de tiempo, los materiales con los que está hecho se ven bastante bien, aún no la instalo pero creo que no debe tener problema, dependiendo de eso tendré que comprar un par más en el futuro ya que estoy por hacer una mesa para router y una tupi para mi taller.

My Mastercraft table saw started axting up. Id have to flick the start switch several times before it would fire up - then just stopped altogether. My friend suggested it was the switch. It was on his table saw. I ordered this and it fit perfectly on my Mastercraft table saw. It was an easy installation but that was because I was able to destroy the old one while I was remo ing it. I would recommend this.
