THE book on wormeries
This is a good, straightforward and light hearted guide to starting your own wormery. While a certain amount of keeping your worms happy has to be instinct, trial and error, I've found this book veryhelpful on the dos and don'ts and a certain amount of troubleshooting. Warnings of common pitfalls were also welcome-for example - most people make their wormery too wet and overload it with food when they start.Easy to understand and well worth getting if you are going in for vermicomposting.

Worms don't smell but they can somersault
We bought a wormery which came with a brief guide but we really knew nothing about our new pets. WWWYW really helped. It dispels some of the myths, particularly the one about the smell. It explains how the worm digests everything and within a few short weeks we are farmers. Our kerbside waste is virtually negligible because the worms feed on anything that has lived and died..paper, cardboard, food, tea leaves, coffee grounds. We don't have much single-use plastic and our green waste is now only onion peelings, although WWWYW says the worms will eat them eventually. Bring back the midden, I say, and save the planet.

i love worms!
I bought this book for myself several years ago when I was new to wormeries it has been a huge to sort out any problems, making it clear how to rectify any situations as they occur. It has also helped me to make the most of the bin ensuring compost is processed quickly and efficiently. I have since bought it for other people with new wormeries who have all found it really useful too!

Excellent and must read for all environmentalists
This book has been a long time coming and is unusual in that nobody else has written about this topic in the UK. I recommend it to anyone who has concerns about the environment. This shows you, step by step in a very easy and digestible way! how to compost your food waste, cardboard waste etc and save it causing landfill problems, such as saving space, leachate, which we pay our water boards to clean out of our water and the greenhouse gas, methane.
