So instead of using it before the workout, I finish my 1.5 hours of running and use it after running so I can work without getting tired through the day. Highly effective. Helps me to also go to gym in the evening even during running days. Yet to try the 500mg dose.

Totally ineffective. All the hype is just sales talk. The product is useless and makes no difference to the workout. A cup of black coffee is a million times better as a preworkout. It has no effect on recovery and muscle soreness either. Strongly advise you not to waste your money. The product deserves a negative rating, even one star is too much.

It's a great product. Most scientifically curated pre workout formula. Effective from day one and the best thing is there is no caffeine in it.

I workout 6 times a week. I tried having this supplement for 30 days. Just didn’t do the trick for me. Tried out Every possible interval 30min/ 15min before workout, Immediately consuming before workout. Nothing seemed to work. Wouldn’t vouch for this product if someone wants to experiment stick to pre-workout Powders.
