Hi, I would buy more especially because you are making a hood also. Plus, it malts so take I t outside and give it a good shake before and after you've cut your pattern.

I don't see why it couldn't be used to cover foam. I can't help you on the size, however. I think you will need to carefully measure the foam you want to cover, then order the correct size piece of fabric you will need.
