3-in-1 Back & Neck Heating Pad

I injured my neck and have been going to PT, where they use a heating pad on my neck and back. I got this to continue the recovery at home. This works perfectly for me. I love this.

Good initial heat, but it cycles off/on for long periods of time during the 2 hour preset mode. The massager turns off after 30 minutes. The neck part really feels good.

Works well and as promised.

First of all...this things is soooooooo uncomfortable. You see that picture? Yeah...that thing is one the "massagers" and it's literally just a plastic little box that vibrates back and forth. I mean, it's meh when it's on...but when it's off. Those plastic pieces of pain dig into your back if you try and put the heating pad tight on your back. Just skip the massaging thing and get one without it. We didn't really want the massaging function but we wanted a weighted one so we went ahead and got it. Don't do eeeeet!

The design seems quite good, with an easy-to-secure waist strap and convenient magnetic closure below the chin. It hangs comfortably on my medium-thin frame. This is a substantial feeling heating pad, as evidenced by the weighted vest claims. I like that it has a regular 110V cord instead of a USB setup like some heating pads. The cord length is also quite generous.It heats up slower than I expected, and the heat doesn't feel particularly even or hot initially. I feel some pleasant warmth on my neck, but not a whole lot on my shoulders. Most of the noticeable warmth is on the lower back. (Although, repositioning myself to press the pad against the seating surface does help even out the heat, so it's probably mostly the airspace created by how the pad hangs over the shoulders.) And that's on the highest of 3 settings, which typically is unpleasantly warm on other heating pads. As such, I feel it's best suited for long usages rather than short, therapeutic bouts. The rather lengthy 2-hour shut-off setting supports this.After 5+ minutes, High level heat does start to feel a bit too warm. At that point, cycling back through to Low seems pretty comfortable.The massage function also has Low-Med-High settings, and each one toggles through intermittent and steady modes. It only massages on top of the shoulders, which might also explain why that area doesn't seem to have as much warmth. I can see it possibly being relaxing on Low, but honestly, it feels more like a phone on vibrate than any sort of actual massage. Med and High are great if you like having a jackhammer in the room.Heat and Massage work simultaneously, which is nice. I can't really dock a star for the massage mode, as I was pretty skeptical that that aspect would be any good.

Great as a heating pad, but the massager part is only for the upper back not the whole back.

Comfy, but really small fit. Noisy massagers. Not for large body frames. Heatup is limited & barely effective for large upper torsos. Easy to operate. Customer Service is better than some of the best.

The heating neck & shoulder wrap is well made and the craftsmanship is very good. The velvet is soft and it feels very smooth on my neck. The wrap is perfect for a cold night watching movies or simply relax some tight muscles around my shoulders. It is big enough for my entire upper back and the width between my shoulders with some room to spare.I tried it for a few hours and it heats up pretty fast, and a pair of vibration motors help to relieve some muscle tension at my trapezius muscle group quickly. It completely covers the superior and middle sections of that muscle group and it feels so warm even at the low setting. It definitely increases my blood circulation and relaxes my neck. The control is very easy, one for power, one for timer, and one for temperature setting.The cord is not detachable. It is not very long, but I needed to use it with a 6-feet extension cord, so that I can use the heating wrap at my sofa. The timer works as designed and the highest setting is very hot. It feels like I am in a sauna room because the wrap itself is pretty thick and it traps heat efficiently. Will update after that time for longevity.
