We wanted an authentic-looking ‘cowboy’ coffee pot for camping, which would also do a reliable job of making a decent cup of coffee. This works brilliantly, and if you watch online videos of cowboy Kent Rollins you’ll get a really smooth coffee from this pot. A note of caution: it will stain inside from the first go, but it’s just cosmetic; the lid can be a bit loose and isn’t attached so be cautious when pouring; and the handle gets as hot as everything else, so always use a cloth or glove to pick it up. However, once off the stove, it cools very quickly - you won’t linger over your morning cuppa, but then if you’re camping you’re probably heading out after a quick breakfast anyway. We love its looks, and the coffee is really good.

exellant product for the money . BUT no lid. could not find a way o get the lid , so will have to return it and order anther one that will take anther 6 weeks to get here

Excellent product, high quality enamelled finish with decent capacity of 4 cups, actual cups not the espresso sized ones. Used on a gas hob with no issues whatsoever I would recommend this item.

I havent used this yet but it looks sturdy enough. I wanted it to keep coffee warm on a log burning stove.

Bought with matching coffee cups as present to go on a wood stove. Deep colour just as shown in advert. Present well received. Remember to use a glove or cloth when holding the jug. I did find an enormous pot and mugs on another site for mush less, and bought that for myself, but this seems the best on Amazon.
