I’ve ordered this twice now and it does not seem to be working, but I’m hoping that it will be working by the second order. If not, I will be discontinuing.

The media could not be loaded. This product shipped directly from China. It took roughly 2 weeks to arrived and with that I am not sure if this is US inspected or not. This was shipped directly to my house. I am getting skeptical of using it.It is also not clear on the description at Amazon where is it really coming from. It’s a waste of money. Also I never expected that this is like a size of a small tube of ointment. For me I feel that it is not safe to use.
