The padding is not at all good, I guess the manufacturer should have provided a decent padding. Not worth for money

Product came defective, had to return it. We had a difficult time with the phone Rep in regard to refund after it was explained the quickest way to order another unit was to place the return on a gift card. I agreed because i wanted the unit. It was just one unit available for reorder and the Rep stated she couldn't reorder I had to reorder myself. When I tried to reorder the unit wasn't available. Rep stated gift cards were not returnable. If I would've been told gift cards weren't returnable I would not have taken a chance being it was only one available. After explaining the situation over and over the rep then stated there's special circumstances when gift cards can be refunded ( seemed like one to me ). In the end I finally got my refund. Thanks!!!

Cushion is very hard that i started getting back pain after using this. Somehow we never felt comfortable in this. But the recliner works perfect.

Love it. It doesn't sit as high off the floor as most reclining sofa/love seats, so you feet can touch the floor. It sits quite comfortably. You will probably need small pillows for the arm rests, though, because they are positioned quite low. It's doesn't sit "hard" like the leather reclining couch I ordered from Rooms To Go. It has "give" which is what makes the sit comfortable. I ordered two of these love seats, but had to send one back because the iron prongs onto which the back portion attached were bent so badly, the back could not be attached.

Not very sturdy, doesn’t look appealing. It has price advantage to similar models but I wish I went for a more expensive version.

Do not buy this product! Both the frame and the motor mechanism are cheaply made. In less than a month the frame broke. Moreover, The motor mechanism started making popping noises as though the reclining mechanism was slipping off the track. The seats are still and quite uncomfortable and the motor mechanism is surprisingly noise.

Chair is very cheaply made. Looks better in pics than in person. Arrived with damaged box, and the base bent. The USB charging port on the side has a very bright blue light, not appropriate for the space we put it in. Returned this item and will continue to shop.
