Very soothing, especially when dealing with perineal pain, swelling, or hemorrhoids . Disposable Underwear & Ice Pads: The disposable underwear & ice maxi pads provided comfort during recovery. I can honestly say that I healed within 4 weeks and much of that is attributed to the kit. Worth the money, great for moms. Highly recommend.

I’m 8 weeks postpartum and still using items from the Mom Frida Postpartum Kit — that’s how useful it’s been! Not had the chance to use just yet but looks good only problem is with the gown although it does fit it would be useful be be able to choose size and the buttons do not seem to be the best , hopefully it’ll do the job
