Is it supposed to fizz up? It cant mix in the cap because is bubbles over. Is that normal?

Yes it is supposed to Fizz up I think it has sodium bicarbonate in it. Instead of trying to reconstitute it in the cap get a larger container like a yogurt cup and mix everything in there
