Works well and very quiet

Bought in July and didn't need to use it until February 1st. Doesn't even work. Paid over $30 for a piece of crap that can't be returned. Don't bother with this junk. I swear the quality of product these days are ridiculous. Update: Seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. Tested the replacement and it works great. I really appreciate that they found my review and made things right.

* update below* So far I’ve been very pleased with this shoe dryer. The variety of settings allows for custom drying and the ozone mode really does work to remove odor! I have both walking shoes and work boots which routinely need dried, and this has handled both of them and in only one drying cycle! I’m not sure if all makes do this, but my machine makes a ‘click’ noise when used in ozone model. Please see the video I’ve included to hear what I’m talking about. This does not make this noise when just drying shoes The other thing is that the ‘arms’ don’t have a way to lock and if I simply put my shoes on the arms, they lower until the shoes are supported by the floor. This is not a big deal to me, but I do make sure the footwear is supported before I start drying. I think a simple lock mechanism to hold the arms in place could benefit this machine * update- I had a pair of shoes and a pair of boots begin to fall apart shortly after using this dryer. I had been drying on the highest setting and it was causing the glue to loosen and thus the shoes to fall apart. I would suggest using shorter durations on the lower setting for footwear. The higher setting may be good for preemptively warming or drying things like hats and gloves in the winter

Update: I have revised my review to 5 stars. The company reached out to me and made good on their product by sending me a new one to replace the defective one. Excellent and cordial customer service! I shouldn't have gone for the cheapest dryer. It worked fine for 6 weeks and then the heating stopped working and it only blows cold air. Don't buy this one - it lasts no time. This was just a waste of money since it lasted only weeks after the return period. Junk!

it drys it deodorizers just fine. The arms that hold the boots up right, just fall down. just one winter in. In a riveting twist they reached out to me an send me a brand new one. FIVE STARS for sure. Keep up the good work forlim.

I was satisfied with product but it stop working approximately after 1 year of use. Fan is still working but no heating anymore. I didn't use it too often for braking that fast. Also those sticks not stable since beginning was closed easily down (very loose grip). Bought a different brand just now. Edit: I add a couple stars for great customer support service. They send me a different dryer for free and it is still working good so far. It is a similar model with a tumbler instead of a panel in front. We will see how it would be works after a year of use.

I’ve had the FORLIM Boot Dryer for 2 years now, and it’s been flawless—no issues at all. Update: Customer support came out great, replaced broken unit and gave me 1 year warranty.

The boot dryer has all the labels near the buttons written in Chinese or another Asian language. Please be aware before buying it. Edit 4/6/2025: The replacement provided is fully in English and works great.
