This is excellent product. I use it in a large number of dishes because it is so versatile. I use it as a base to homemade soup, gravy, chicken dishes, base to boil shrimp, sauce to pour over.

It is good if your looking for light flavor with no salt. Some people are sensitive to heavy seasoning but still want a little flavor without the salt this is your item. Worked great in my homemade chicken soup and chicken and dumplings. If anyone shares your meal they can add extra seasoning in their bowls.
