I recently learned about this while researching legal psychoactives, bought a bottle on Amazon and I'm a believer. I am a 56 yo male with ADHD that went undiagnosed most of my life and this stuff has really helped bring a balance to my mood. I'm not sure how it can elevate my mood while relaxing me at the same time, but it does. I am much more productive at home and at work and this also seems to enhance my endurance. I am an ultrarunner and my workouts are not as taxing since I started taking this.

There was a review that warned about Phthalates in this product, but the pictures and description show HPMC only, not HPMCP or the added word Phthalate. The actual label on the bottle I received does show the word Phthalate. This is very misleading because HPMC and HPMCP are two very different things. The latter is derived from the former with additional chemicals used to process, thus the dangerous Phthalate part is added.The ingredients are not clear and do not specify what the capsule is, so I'm not sure if this is inside the pill or not. I don't want this phthalate chemical in a supplement, especially if it is something I look to avoid in cookware and personal products as well.Will be asking for a refund on this, they need to update this listing.

It has potential, but I think it needs to be stronger if the dosing information says to only take one. I also wish there was more information for those that have a naturally high tolerance despite never trying something. I have taken it on 4 different occasions. The first time I took one and did not notice anything and the next 3 times I took 2 and I may have subtly noticed something but not enough to recommend it to someone. I will say though, I have always had a really high tolerance to anything I have tried, so don’t let my skepticism deter you. I still plan on continuing to take it in different situations and weighing the pros and cons before deciding to keep it on hand. The only con that I would say is the nausea I experienced about 1-2 hours in that lasted for quite a while. Although nausea seems to be a common side effect for a lot of people, I will say that I get nauseas very easily and daily and it wasn’t anything that kept me from wanting to try this supplement again despite not having the effect I hoped for.

Helped put me in a good mood. Reminded me of something else which helped me enjoy it more.

I have buyers remorse because this product contains phthalates in the inactive ingredients list. Do not buy this if you are health-conscious about endocrine, reproductive, and/or neurological health, because taking this product long-term can have a negative impact on your health, energy level, and well-being.... it may work short-term or intermittently, but it won't make you feel good in the long run. Consider alternatives.

They have upped their price almost double. Now I have to find a different brand, and I’ve been using them forever now. It does work decently for about 30-60 minutes though. Just not worth that price.

This is my third bottle, my stress and anxiety levels are down since I started taking this a couple of months ago. Whenever I feel the slightest amount of anxiety or worry feeling I don't want to have, I take one, and it calms me down for a couple of hours, just enough to let things roll by without getting worked up about it. I'll also just take one in the morning or early afternoon to give me a mood boost and positive energy for the day.
