They will undoubtedly work for many things outside of the car care industry as well but we do not test on everything imaginable. **Q: Can I use to apply a scratch remover product?** A: Yes you can. It makes it a lot easyer to do. However...if you have scratches that do not come out with this and your scratch remover, you will need to move to a wool pad or like a terry cloth towel to get more aggressive. Hope it helps! **Q: Can I use the side with logo for polishing? This side is not as flat as the other side, I am afraid it maybe marring the paint** A: I always use the side to wax and polished on the no logo side .
