Great product
I had rotator cuff surgery in February. I am actually able to sleep in bed now thanks to this pillow! It is pleasant to use because cover is soft to touch. A little bigger than expected but works great.

Very functional if you’re having a rotator cuff surgery
I’m having rotator cuff surgery on the 1st of May. & I will post an update when I use it. It appears to be high-quality and the fabric is really nice. Again I’ll post an update as soon as I have my operation and I’m using it.

Helps shoulder pain and sleep

Passable, but not a magic bullet by any means
Very firm and pretty awkwardly shaped pillow does work beneath shoulder/elbow as a support though comfort is hard to come by. My injury was a very serious clavicle break requiring multiple pieces of hardware to repair, some of which will be removed during a second surgery 15 weeks after they were placed. Anything resembling comfortable being next to impossible for the first 6 weeks and sleeping in a bed not an option, this pillow was helpful, though COMFORTABLE is an overstatement. When I was finally able to lay in a bed (about 8 weeks) this pillow required less finagle-ing to get into a position that was not painful than did the regular pillows (of varying firmness, I have tried them all, lol).
