Good product, good information, very handy that it comes with a magnet pad to be able to fix it to the fridge. To add postage to the product price can make it expensive for what it is though.

Handy Quick Reference Guide
I am intent on trying the keto diet in the New Year and didn't particularly want large books or recipes - half of which I will not require. This quick guide is conveniently sized and could fit into a medium handbag for quick references whilst grocery shopping and is comprehensive enough to allow you to plan a weekly menu. Would recommend.

Very basic "Cheat sheet". Expensive for the amount of information that is given.

A bit smaller than I expected but great information in it.

A basic overview guide. Wipeable card well presented with attachable maginet included. I think it's over priced for what you receive. I will keep it, as there is no better alternative at pressent. Basic but okay.
