Worked great for quad issues but had to remove after 4hrs because of my sensitive skin.It does less to your skin than other brands even the ones marked for sensitive skin! Just buy this brand.It does help muscles and causes less skin issues than other brands.

Ripped my skin.
I bought this tape because it said it was suitable for use on the face. I applied it to my cheekbones to help with TMJ. I removed it gently, and it still ripped my skin. Very disappointed.

Peels often
Being gentle, probably means adhesive isn't as strong. It often peels.

Not as gentle as I'd like
The tape gets the job done in a pinch, I like the quality of the fabric material, but it gave me a skin reaction and the adhesive is not as good as KT Tape Gentle. I bought this to try to find a cheaper alternative to the KT Tape but it looks like I'll have to keep searching for a gentle and affordable tape that doesn't cause me to break out in a rash. If you have hypersensitive skin, beware.
